Abstract Submission

Please create an account on “Online Conf” for abstract submission.

An abstract must be submitted for both oral and poster presentations. Please use the template provided in the link below and submit the abstract in PDF format following the instructions in the template. Both oral and poster presentations should be limited to one page.

We may request a change to a poster presentation format in the event of a large number of submissions for oral presentations.

The Secretariat will not be held responsible for errors in submission, so please ensure that all documents are in order before submitting.

Submitted abstracts will not be returned.

Abstract Submission Deadline

By 23:59 on Wednesday, December 20 → Thursday, December 21, 2023, Japan Standard Time (GMT+9)

After 23:59 on Wednesday, December 20 → Thursday, December 21, 2023, the online abstract submission system will automatically close, and no submissions will be accepted. Early submission is recommended to avoid network congestion near the deadline.

After submitting your abstract, please complete payment of the registration fee by Wednesday, January 31, 2024 (GMT+9). Abstract submission will be canceled if payment cannot be confirmed by the deadline.

Poster Prize

ISOS-20 will offer poster prize to outstanding poster presentations by students and postdocs to encourage their academic activities.
