Abstracts

The abstracts will be published online on May 7th. While the abstracts are not included in the program book, a USB memory stick containing the abstract PDF files will be provided at the registration desk.

The ID and password have been sent to participants via email from the secretariat on May 7th.

Notice for Presenters

Oral Presentations:The time allocated for plenary, keynote, invited, and contributed oral presentations will be 45, 30, 20, and 15 minutes, respectively, including time for discussion. We recommend using the 16:9 slide format. Presenters are required to bring their own laptop. Connection to the projector is via HDMI. Please prepare any necessary adapters for converting between HDMI and other connection ports yourself.

The speakers are kindly requested to prepare for their presentations during the preceding presentation, as the allocated time does not account for changeovers.

Poster Presentations: Participants giving poster presentations should be present during the assigned times to discuss their findings.

Materials (pins or adhesive tapes) for attaching posters to the boards will be provided at the conference site. The size of the poster board is 900 mm (width) x 1800 mm (height). We recommend using A0 paper (841 mm width x 1189 mm height) for poster presentations.

Posters can be mounted from 11:00 a.m. on the 13th, and from 9:00 a.m. on the 14th. Please remove your poster promptly after the poster session on your presentation day, which ends at 19:00 p.m.
