ASiS Special Session
The 9th Asian Silicon Symposium (ASiS-9) will be jointly held with ISOS-20. Since the first ASiS (ASiS-1) was held in Zao, Japan in 2007 with Professor Mitsuo Kira as organizing committee chair, ASiS has been held almost biennially in various cities in Asia to provide a platform for academic and industrial researchers not only from Asia but also from around the world to discuss recent advances in silicon chemistry and the future that awaits this field.* It is our great pleasure to organize ASiS-9 in Hiroshima, following the outstanding success of ASiS-8 in Taiwan in 2022, chaired by Professor C.-W. Chiu. The ASiS Special Session will be held as a plenary session. We look forward to your participation.
