Reception (12th)
The symposium reception will take place from 17:30 to 19:30 at the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Hiroshima* (not at the symposium venue**), which is a 10-minute walk from the symposium venue. All participants are cordially invited to attend the reception at no cost.
Starting at 18:30, we will feature a Kagura demonstration. “Kagura” is a traditional ceremonial dance having over a millennium of history, which is still commonly performed at festivals in Hiroshima and surrounding areas.***
Do not miss this opportunity to enjoy Kagura!

Cloak:
The cloakroom is located at the ISOS-20 Office on B1F and is available during the following hours.
13th, 14th: 8:30-19:30 / 15th: 8:30-20:30 /16th: 8:30-18:00 / 17th: 8:30-11:00
If you miss the hours, please note that we cannot return your baggage until the next day.
Symposium Banquet (16th)
The symposium banquet will take place from 19:00 to 21:00 at ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Hiroshima, which is a 10-minute walk from the symposium venue. When you come to the banquet venue, please remember to bring your conference name tag and the banquet ticket included with it. The banquet will be a seated event. All those who wish to attend should register in advance.
Onsite registration for the banquet is accepted only if there is a vacant seat.
Lunch and Coffee Break
Lunch boxes will be available for free at the registration desk and in the Sakura and Daria rooms from May 13 to 16. Halal and vegan lunch options are also available.
Coffee and other drinks can be found in the Sakura and Daria rooms.
Please note that eating and drinking in the hallways is not allowed. We kindly ask you to use the lecture rooms (A-D) or the Sakura and Daria rooms for these purposes.
Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum
From May 12th to the 18th, you can visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum for free by showing your conference name tag.
